Notice of Pre-Bid Vendor Conference

The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: Friday, September 10, 2012, 3:00 p.m.

PLACE: Conference Room #101, 4050 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, FL 32399

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: In accordance with Section 120.525, Florida Statutes, a Pre-Bid Vendor Conference (non mandatory) is hereby noticed within the timeline for the Invitation to Bid (Number: 01-071-000-C) for Motor Vehicles. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. Notice of any changes or additional meetings will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Weekly (F.A.W.).
