    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: In accordance with Section 373.4131, Florida Statutes, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), in coordination with the five Water Management Districts (WMDs), is developing statewide environmental resource permitting (ERP) rules governing the construction, alteration, operation, maintenance, repair, abandonment, and removal of stormwater management systems, dams, impoundments, reservoirs, appurtenant works, or works, or combinations thereof, to implement Part IV of Chapter 373, FS. This rulemaking will rely primarily upon existing rules of DEP and WMDs, revised as necessary to achieve a more consistent, effective, and streamlined approach to implement the ERP program. This is the fourth workshop to solicit comments on the proposed Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., including forms, fees, and Applicant’s Handbook Volumes I and II that will be incorporated by reference.
