NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 30, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from Caribbean Village, LTD requesting to waive paragraph 67-48.0072(4)(c), F.A.C., and allow an extension of the SAIL loan closing date from December 21, 2016 to December 21, 2017.
