    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Richard Eugene Sims. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105(3)(i), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition, filed on August 15, 2017, seeks to know, as a licensed mechanical contractor, can he contract, and with proper permits, perform installation, replacements, repairs, service, troubleshooting, and/or maintenance to a swimming pool and spa heat pumps? Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
