NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 10, 2017, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Travis Mayer Hunt. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B2-13.007(1), F.A.C., which requires within the first twelve (12) months after initial licensure as provided by rule, attend one (1) full day at a board meeting at which disciplinary hearings are conducted. Petitioner is requesting an extension of that time to allow him to attend the next regularly scheduled board meeting.
