    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is holding a Tampa Bay Next East Tampa Community Working Group Meeting on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Ragan Park Community Center, 1200 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605.

    At this Community Working Group meeting transportation officials will provide updates and information about the Tampa Interstate Study (TIS) Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) evaluation process and proposed improvements to the Downtown Tampa Interchange (I-275/I-4) and I-275 north of Downtown Tampa. Roundtable discussions with FDOT representatives will examine four proposed concepts for the Downtown Tampa Interchange (I-275/I-4) and discuss how each design may could impact the nearby area. An open house will take place before and after the presentation which will include information on related transportation topics and projects. The Community Working Group Meeting will include roundtable discussions and encourage open dialogue to share ideas, and address questions.

    The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
