NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Ryan J. Russell. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Sections 489.103 and 489.105, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner’s petition, filed August 3, 2020, seeks a determination from the Board regarding the State of Florida licensing requirements as it pertains to the bidding, sale and installation of commercial park and playground equipment and other related construction services is exempt from licensure requirements. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
