GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is holding a series of public workshops to present information on FWCs existing due process procedures for challenging constitutionally based and statutorily authorized rules, to seek public comment regarding the adequacy of these existing FWC procedures and to solicit any suggested changes or improvements that could involve additional review of FWC rules.
