NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission received a request for Declaratory Statement on June 28, 2006, from the C4 Architecture, regarding the requirement for smoke and heat venting imposed by Section 910, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2004 as amended 12/05), as applied to a building equipped with “early suppression, fast response sprinkler systems”. It has been assigned the number DCA06-DEC-162.
