NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission received a request for Declaratory Statement on May 20, 2006, from SEA Limited, regarding application of section 407.3.2, Florida Building Code, Residential Volume (2004 as amended 12/05), to a building with specified roof damages and specifically the extent to which the repair and building are required to comply with current code requirements rather than the code in effect at the time the building was initially constructed. It has been assigned the number DCA06-DEC-131.
