    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule is to incorporate by reference into rule the Florida Medicaid Home Health Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, August 2006.     (2) All home health agency providers enrolled in the Medicaid program must be in compliance with the Florida Medicaid Home Health Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, August 2006 October 2003, incorporated by reference, and the Florida Medicaid Provider Reimbursement Handbook, CMS-1500, which is incorporated in Rule 59G-4.001, F.A.C. Both handbooks are available from the Medicaid fiscal agent’s website at http://floridamedicaid.acs-inc.com agent. Click on Provider Support, and then on Handbooks. Paper copies of the handbooks may be obtained by calling Provider Inquiry at (800)377-8216.
