NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 28, 2014, the Florida Real Estate Commission received a petition for Variance or Waiver of Rule 61J2-24.003, F.A.C., from Richard R. Green. Petitioner is seeking a variance of Rule 61J2-24.003, F.A.C., classifying his violation of Section 475.25(1)(m) and (e), Florida Statutes, and subsection Rule 61J2-2.027(2), F.A.C., to be a minor violation and allowing the violation to be reclassified as inactive.
