The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On July 28, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting a waiver of subsection 67-48.0072(26), F.A.C., to Sunset Pointe Associates, Ltd., allowing it to extend the HOME loan closing deadline from June 22, 2017 to December 31, 2017. Florida Housing determined that the petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on July 12, 2017, and notice of receipt of the petition was published on July 14, 2017, in Volume 43, Number 136, F.A.R.
