NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Corrections has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by inmate Christopher Thomas, DC# 186326 on May 18, 2020. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition: As an inmate of the Florida Department of Corrections, Christopher Thomas, DC# 186326, may only participate in administrative proceedings pursuant to paragraph 120.54(3)(c) and subsection (7), Florida Statutes. Pursuant to subsection 120.81(3), Florida Statutes, the Petitioner lacks standing to bring a Petition for Declaratory Statement, and the Department lacks jurisdiction to issue a declaratory statement in this case.
