NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 31, 2020, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Albert Behzadi, Esq., on behalf of AccuScience Laboratories, LLC, regarding the requirement in paragraph 5B-57.014(2)(c), F.A.C. for designated laboratories to be registered with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in accordance with 21 CFR 130.13.
