62-18.560New Motor Vehicle Tests
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule development will amend subsections in Chapter 62-18.560, F.A.C., to delete those sections that are superseded and pre-empted by federal standards pursuant to Section 403.4153, F.S.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule amendments address new motor vehicle noise testing procedures.
