NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Tex Tenn, LLC, filed on July 27, 2020.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 489 F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification from the Board regarding the State of Florida requirements for the inspection and evaluation services of field erected, industrial cooling towers, as it pertains to statute. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
