NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Gibson Place Utility Company, LLC in Docket No. 20200185-WS -Application for certificates to provide water and wastewater service in Lake and Sumter Counties, by Gibson Place Utility Company, LLC, filed July 22, 2020, seeking waiver from paragraphs 25-30.033(1)(p) and (q), Florida Administrative Code.  The rules address the requirement that water and wastewater utilities applying for an Original Certificate of Authorization and Initial Rates and Charges provide, as part of their application, 1) support for their proposed rates and charges and 2) a proposed tariff.
