    The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a hearing in the following docket to which all persons are invited.

    DOCKET NO. AND TITLE: 20200092-EI, Storm protection plan cost recovery clause.

    HEARING DATE AND TIME: Monday, August 10, 2020, 1:00 p.m.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED AT THE HEARING:

    The purpose of this hearing shall be to consider: the Joint motion for expedited approval of a stipulation and settlement agreement; with attached stipulation and settlement, filed July 27, 2020, by the Office of Public Counsel, Gulf Power Company, Florida Power & Light Company, and Walmart Inc.; the Joint motion for expedited approval of settlement agreement; with attached stipulation and settlement, filed July 31, 2020, by Duke Energy Florida LLC, the Office of Public Counsel, and White Springs Agricultural Chemicals, Inc. d/b/a PCS Phosphate, and Walmart Inc.; the Motion to approve stipulation and settlement agreement; with attached stipulation and settlement, filed on August 3, 2020, by Tampa Electric Company, the Office of Public Counsel, Walmart Inc., and Florida Industrial Power Users Group; and to take action on any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing.  The Commission may rule on any such motions from the bench or may take the matters under advisement.  This proceeding shall: (1) allow the parties to present evidence and testimony in support of their positions; (2) allow for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate.

    All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony.  This proceeding will be governed by Chapter 366 in addition to Chapter 120, F.S., Chapters 25-22, 28-106, and 28-109, F.A.C., and Rule 25-6.030, F.A.C.
