PURPOSE AND EFFECT: clarify record keeping and online training requirements.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: record retention requirements for any school or facility administering examinations regulated by chapter 493. F.S. and online training requirements for Class “DI” and “DS” licensees relating to the physical location where online training must be conducted.
