FAR NOTICE OF COMMISSION REQUEST FOR COMMENTS
The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION seeks comments on Docket No. 150151 - Petition for approval of implementation of 1+10-digit dialing for Walnut Hill and Molino, Florida exchanges, by Frontier Communications of the South, LLC (Frontier).
Frontier currently serves certain exchanges in northwest Florida, including the Molino exchange, which is in Escambia County, and the Walnut Hill exchange, which is just north of the Molino exchange. At present, both Pensacola, Florida and McCullough, Alabama are included in the local calling area for Frontier's customers in the Walnut Hill, Florida exchange. Commission staff is interested in how 1+10 or 10 digit dialing in these exchanges may affect other Florida telecommunications companies and customers, if at all. Frontier’s complete filing is available at http://www.floridapsc.com/library/FILINGS/15/03129-15/03129-15.pdf.
Written comments should be submitted to the Florida Public Service Commission, Office of Commission Clerk by August 14, 2015. Please reference Docket No. 150151-TL on any written comments submitted to the Commission.
