Project Description: Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study, State Road (SR) 90/SW 8th Street and SW 7th Street from SR 5/US 1/Brickell Avenue to SR 9/SW 27th Avenue, Miami-Dade County, Florida.

The purpose of the PD&E Study is to evaluate improvements along the project corridor, including the interchange at SW 8th Street and SW 7th Street and Interstate 95 (I-95), to enhance traffic operations, improve safety, promote a Complete Streets corridor, and improve access to the Brickell area.

The meeting will be held in an open house format, providing information about the proposed alternatives and their potential impacts. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
