    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Paul William Crowe. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 489.105(3)(i), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding whether permits can be issued under his Mechanical Contractor’s License for installation of spray booths. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
