    • Amend rule to require the inclusion of minor violation form (DS-FCR-6) in the certification packet for all rules, including emergency rules. Revise certification of materials incorporated by reference form to address copyright material.

  • Family Safety and Preservation Program
    • The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-1.003, F.A.C., to update a form that is incorporated by reference.
    • The Department intends to create a new Rule Chapter, 65C-45, F.A.C., which will include (1) a restructuring of the rules currently in Chapter 65C-13, F.A.C., and (2) levels of care and associated licensure requirements for each level.
