The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On August 2, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(21)(b) F.A.C. for BDG Hibiscus Apartments, LP, granting an extension of the firm commitment deadline from August 14, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on July 3, 2019 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on July 8, 2019 in Vol. 45, Number 131, F.A.R.
