NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 21, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for an emergency permanent variance from Rules 2.7.4.1, ASME A17.1, 2005 as adopted by Chapter 3001.2 as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C., which requires machinerooms have 7'0" clearance.
