FLORIDA REAFFIRMATION NOTICE
LAKELAND, FLORIDA
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Lakeland’s proposed projects to construct new wastewater collection and transmission facilities will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The total estimated construction cost is $7,371,500. The projects are expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
