NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 25, 2013, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Carl E. and Leslie A Rasmussen, Application No. 12-1120-2, for an existing boathouse located within the District’s northerly right of way at the rear of 13258 S.W. 144th Parkway, River Oak Acres, C-38 Canal, Section 12/13, Township 54S, Range 40E; Okeechobee County. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.221(2)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs the required low member elevation of docks.
