FINAL ORDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-13-062, Final Order No. DEO-13-063 and Final Order No. DEO-13-064 on August 1, 2013, in response to applications submitted by Steinhatchee Ancient Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc., Bay Lakes Association, Inc., and Colony Key Homeowners Association, Inc., respectively, for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department determined that the applications met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Orders approved the three applications for covenant revitalization.
