FINAL ORDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-13-060 and Final Order No. DEO-13-061 on July 29, 2013, in response to applications submitted by Shadow Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. on behalf of the Shadow Lakes Unit 1 and Shadow Lakes communities, respectively, for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes. The Department determined that the applications met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Orders approved the two applications for covenant revitalization.
