    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rules is to update existing licensure requirements and practice standards for Crisis Stabilization Units and Short-Term Residential Treatment Programs. The effect will be the simplification of the regulatory process and a decrease in the administrative burden for entities licensed to provide crisis stabilization services and operate short-term residential treatment programs. Additionally, 65E-12.111, F.A.C. is created to comply with an amendment to section 394.9082, F.S.
