NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 28, 2017, the Office of Financial Regulation received a petition for Waiver of the provisions of subsections 69V-560.703(1)-(2), Florida Administrative Code, requiring a licensee to maintain specific records relative to money transmission.

Petitioner Paynearme MT, Inc. is currently licensed as a money services business pursuant to Part II, Chapter 560, Florida Statutes. The subject Rule implements Sections 560.105 and 560.211, Florida Statutes, and is also related to Section 560.1105(1), Florida Statutes. The Petition seeks a permanent waiver of the subject Rule.
