Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 45 No. 152, August 6, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
This Notice of Proposed Rule incorrectly listed the rule title as “Standard Medicare Supplement Benefit Plans for 2020 Standardized Medicare Supplement Benefit Plan Policies or Certificates Issued for Delivery to Newly Eligible Medicare Beneficiaries and with an Effective Date for Coverage on or After January 1, 2020.” The correct rule title is “Standard Medicare Supplement Benefit Plans for 2020 Standardized Medicare Supplement Benefit Plan Policies or Certificates Issued for Delivery to Newly Eligible Medicare Beneficiaries with an Effective Date for Coverage on or After January 1, 2020.”
