SUMMARY: The Department of the Lottery is extending the entry period for the fourth drawing in the $400,000 Super GROUPER® Second Chance Promotion to offset a period in which the Florida Lottery’s website was unavailable for players to enter qualifying tickets into the Promotion.

THE FULL TEXT OF THE EMERGENCY RULE IS:

 

53ER18-44 $400,000 Super GROUPER® Second Chance Promotion Entry Period Extension.

(1) The entry period deadline for the fourth drawing set forth in Rule 53ER18-27, F.A.C., $400,000 Super GROUPER® Second Chance Promotion, is hereby extended from before midnight ET on August 7, 2018, to before midnight ET on August 8, 2018. During the extension period, players can enter their qualifying LUCKY MONEY™ lottery tickets on the Florida Lottery’s website for entry into the fourth drawing. The fourth drawing will be held as scheduled on August 9, 2018.

(2) Except as provided in subsection (1) above, all other provisions set forth in Rule 53ER18-27 shall remain in effect.
