    The Florida State College at Jacksonville District Board of Trustees announce the following Board workshop and regular Board meeting which are open to the public, and an Executive Session for Tuesday, August 14, 2018.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

    BOARD WORKSHOP: TIME: 12:00 Noon – 1:00 p.m.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Discussion of 2018-19 District Board of Trustees Governance Structure.

    EXECUTIVE SESSION: TIME: Approximately 12:15 p.m.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Executive Session and Board discussion regarding the Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement and related labor matters pursuant to Section 447.605, Florida Statutes (2018).

    Pursuant to Section 447.605, Florida Statutes (2018), the Executive Session is closed to the public and exempt from the provisions of Section 286.011, Florida Statutes (2018). Documents prepared for the Executive Session pertaining to faculty collective bargaining are confidential and exempt from subsection 119.07(1), Florida Statutes (2018).

    REGULAR BOARD MEETING: TIME: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

    PLACE: Board Room 405

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Annual Organizational Meeting / Regular Meeting.
