PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed amendment is to update and re-adopt the forms and rules interpreting the financial disclosures required by law. All of the forms will reference the 2017 filing year. CE Form 1, CE Form 1X, and CE Form 1F are being amended to add that those forms may be filed by mail or email. Forms 1 and 1F are being amended to state that members of the Florida Prepaid College Board are required to file those forms. Form 6, Form 6X, and Form 6F are being amended to clarify that original forms are required to be filed and that photocopied, faxed, or emailed copies will not be accepted.
