    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 07, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsections 9I-10.020(12) and (27), F.A.C. (1994), from Cabana Club Preservation, L.P. The petitioner seeks a waiver to allow the modification of a Land Use Restriction Agreement to provide that Elderly Development be substituted in place of Frail Elderly, and an additional waiver of the special needs set aside requirement.
