    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:

    A. Review and Consideration of all matters relating to the application of Ringling College of Art and Design, Inc. to the Authority for the Authority to issue revenue bonds, including, without limitation:

    a. the conduct of a public hearing with respect to the contemplated issuance by the Authority of up to $137,140,000 in principal amount of its revenue and revenue refunding bonds to fund a loan to Ringling College of Art and Design, Inc. to finance and refinance qualifying projects under Chapter 243, Part II, Florida Statutes all as more particularly described in the separate public hearing notice published pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended

    b. the consideration of a resolution of the Authority to authorize the issuance of not to exceed $137,140,000 in aggregate principal amount of educational facilities revenue and revenue refunding bonds Ringling College of Art and Design Series 2017 (the "Bonds"), the proceeds of which will be loaned by the Authority to the Borrower, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, and applied by the Borrower to finance certain improvements to the physical plant of the Borrower, all located in Sarasota, Florida, including, but not limited to:

    1. the construction and equipping of the Richard and Barbara Basch Visual Arts Center located at 1188 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way comprising 38,850 gross square feet of space (the "Visual Arts Center"),

    2. the construction and equipping of the Alfred R Goldstein Library located at 1228 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way comprising 46,176 gross square feet of space (the "Library"), the construction and equipping of a student residential facility comprising approximately 77,200 gross square feet to be located at 2715 S. Riverside Drive, (the “Housing Facility”), renovation of facilities located at 2700 N. Tamiami Trail (the “Campus Renovations”),

    3. the acquisition of property located in the area bounded by N. Tamiami Trail on the west, Patterson Drive on the north, Old Bradenton Road on the east and Greensboro Lane and east Tamiami Circle on the south (the “Property Acquisitions”),

    4. the renovation and expansion of the Sarasota High School and adjacent Building 42 located at 1001 S. Tamiami Trail, for the Sarasota Museum of Art and a continuing educational program (the "Museum and Continuing Education Facilities") and

    5. the cost of design, construction and equipping of a Chiller Plant located at 3036 W. Place comprising 4,064 gross square feet of space on .66 acres and its associated campus chilled water loop (the "Chiller Plant" and, collectively with the Visual Arts Center, the Library, the Housing Facility, the Campus Renovations, the Property Acquisitions and the Museum and Continuing Education Facilities, the "2017 Project")),

    6. refinance certain outstanding loans which financed or refinanced certain improvements to the physical plant of the Borrower, all located in Sarasota, Florida, including the acquisition, renovation and improvement of the Quadrangle Building located at 2405 Old Bradenton Road, the renovation of the Keating Center located at 2621 Old Bradenton Road, the acquisition of software and equipment, construction and equipping the Goldstein Center located at 2702 N. Tamiami Trail, acquisition of Whitaker Cove located at 2210 N. Tamiami Trail, the acquisition and construction of a 51-unit student housing complex to house 204 students located at 2736 Old Bradenton Road, construction of the Christ-Janer Studio Complex located at 2495 Old Bradenton Road, construction and equipping of the Appleton, Idelson and Harmon residential halls located at 1128 Greensboro Lane, and the acquisition and construction of a 81,710 gross square foot Student Center located at 1130 Greensboro Lane, the acquisition, construction and equipping of the five-story Goldstein Hall student residence facility located at 2745 Old Bradenton Road, comprising 73,785 square feet of space and providing 220 beds and a five-story Thompson Academic Center located at 2363 Old Bradenton Road, the acquisition of approximately 3 acres located in the area bounded by N. Tamiami Trail on the west, Patterson Drive on the north, Old Bradenton Road on the east and Greensboro Lane and east Tamiami Circle on the south in Sarasota, Florida, the acquisition of a former gas station located at 2524 N. Tamiami Trail, the renovation of offices at the Keating Center located at 2621 Old Bradenton Road, the renovation of the Vintage Car Building located at 2836 N. Tamiami Trail, for retail space, classrooms and offices, acquisition of approximately 3.1 acres of land located at 3007 E. Tamiami Circle, 2951/2953 E. Tamiami Circle, 2916 E. Tamiami Circle, 2914 E. Tamiami Circle, 1160 Guilford Lane, 2930 W. Place, 2936 W. Place, 1255 N. Riverside Drive, 1261 N. Riverside Drive, 1267 N. Riverside Drive, 1273 N. Riverside Drive, 1330 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way, 1346 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way, 1354 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way, 1368 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way and 1374 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way, and the renovation and equipping of the Museum and Continuing Education Facilities, the construction and equipping of the Library, the construction and equipping of the Visual Arts Center and the design and construction of the Chiller Plant, and pay the costs of issuance of the Bonds. All of the financed and refinanced facilities described above are or will be owned by the Borrower., and

    c. Authorizing the appropriate officials and officers of the Authority to take all necessary action in order to authorize, sell and deliver the Series 2017 Bonds

    B. Any other matters that may come before the Authority.
