General Statement of Work: The project consists of removal of an existing underground abandoned propane tank, sitework, installation of a new exterior located 350KW/437.5KVA diesel-fueled emergency generator set and all related electrical components including new equipment to be located in the existing building. The fuel storage tank shall be approximately 2,200 gallons and as specified. The generator shall be mounted on a concrete slab and enclosed in an open-air masonry wall with metal access gates. The total footprint area of the enclosure is +/- 525 SF.
