Request for Proposals
The Area Agency on Aging for North Florida, Inc. (AAANF) requests proposals for 2016 Older Americans Act Title III-E, ES and EG Caregiver and Grandparent Support Services in Planning and Service Area (PSA) 2 which encompasses Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, Wakulla and Washington Counties. Preference will be given to contractor proposals during the bid review and scoring process who indicate experience in providing services to caregivers or grandparents, in addition to those who demonstrate the ability to provide services to multiple counties within the PSA.
Request for Proposals (RFP) are due no later than 3:00 p.m. ET, September 30, 2015 and should be sent to the Area Agency on Aging for North Florida, Inc., 2414 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32308. Request for Proposal documents may be obtained at the above address on or after September 1, 2015.
In the event no acceptable proposal is received for services in a high need county, AAANF reserves the right to contract these service dollars to existing OAA agency in the counties for which these service are being solicited.

Date of contract period: January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.
