    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Upper Ocklawaha Basin Working Group will hold a meeting, open to the public, on September 10 in Leesburg, Florida at the Leesburg Community Building. The annual report of progress made on restoring water quality will be presented at this meeting and a presentation will be given on the success of restoration efforts for Lake Griffin. The Upper Ocklawaha Basin Working Group was formed to provide a forum for stakeholders to discuss issues related to the basin’s nutrient Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for the Harris Chain of Lakes, Palatlakaha River, and Lake Apopka. The Second Phase of the Upper Ocklawaha Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) was adopted in 2014 to address nutrient problems in the previously listed waterbodies.
