PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed administrative rule amends the language in the Food Assistance Work Registration Notice form CF-ES 2095 by revising the non-discrimination and fair hearing statements and making technical changes

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: This rule addresses food assistance program case processing within the context of food assistance program eligibility determinations.
