The City of Panama City Beach, Florida gives notice of proposed ordinance 1430 amending the City’s code of ordinances for consistency with House Bill 687 regarding wireless facilities and collocation in public rights-of-way.

SUBJECT: The proposed ordinance amends the City of Panama City Beach Code provisions regulating wireless facilities in public rights-of-way by including new sections on small cells in the public rights-of-way. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (850)233-5100 or by visiting City Hall during regular business hours.
