PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect is to amend Existing Rule 61-35.010, F.A.C., in order to update and revise forms to comply with changes to s.489.109 F.S. regarding removing provisions relating to an additional fee for application and renewal transfer of funds; changes to s. 489.118, F.S., removing an obsolete date which will require changes to the grandfathering application, creating a new application form for reciprocity applicants, and modifying the endorsement application to remove reference to reciprocity.

SUMMARY: Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.010 to adopt the forms.

SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION:

The Agency has determined that this will not have an adverse impact on small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule. A SERC has not been prepared by the Agency.
