    The Florida Department of Transportation, District Two announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This hearing is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic and environmental effects of Financial Project ID: 428698-1, otherwise known as State Road 21 (Blanding Boulevard) from Knight Boxx Road to Kingsley Avenue in Clay County, Florida. The proposed improvements include milling and resurfacing the existing roadway, a median modification at Parkridge Avenue from a full opening to a restrictive opening, repair and replace sidewalks throughout the project along with the installation of ADA ramps. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
