NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 17, 2015, the Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from James Schock. The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to what licensing is required to install and inspect sprinklers that are constructed under the Florida Building Code - Residential Plumbing Section P2904. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
