NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 28, 2015, the Board of Architecture and Interior Design, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Kellie Scott, Esquire, on behalf of Kamal Paul. The petitioner is seeking a permanent variance or waiver of Rule 61G1-14.001, Florida Administrative Code, which requires that applicants for licensure by examination take and pass the examination prepared and administered by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
