    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The workshop will be held to solicit comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to Florida Housing’s proposed RFA 2018-117 – Elderly Housing Community Loan. Funding under this RFA must be used to provide for life-safety, building preservation, health, sanitation, or security-related repairs or improvements to Developments currently serving Elderly persons pursuant to the Federal Housing Act. An estimated $2,163,000 in loan funding is expected to be made available in this RFA. The maximum loan request amount will be $750,000.
