    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 06, 2024, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for waiver pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S. from Suwannee Landfill, LLC. The petitioner requested a waiver from Florida Administrative Code paragraph 62.701.300(2)(b), which states that no person shall store or dispose of solid waste within 500 feet of an existing or approved potable water well. The facility is located at 6897 County Road 795, Live Oak, FL 32060. The amended petition has been assigned OGC # 24-2475.
