PLACE: This is a meeting conducted by means of communications media technology at the District’s Tampa Service Office, 7601 Highway 301 North, Tampa, FL. One or more Governing Board members may attend and participate in the meeting via telephone. Members of the public should attend in person at the Tampa Service Office.
